Support for customer-specific film development and contract processing.

The "Custom Made System" supports film development and contract processing tailored to customer specifications, from planning and development to mass production. We have newly installed a multilayer extruder on the line of a small test machine with an effective width of approximately 200mm, capable of handling 2 to 3 layers up to 5 layers. Until now, the development of multilayer films and laminates could only be verified on actual mass production lines during the initial consideration stage, but it is expected that the possibilities for new development will greatly expand in the future. *The conventional single-layer extrusion test equipment can still be used as before. Please make use of our "Custom Made System" for the development of high-functionality and high-value-added new films.
